What you'll do

• Maintain job-site safety, cleanliness, and organization
• supervise a crew of 2–6
• interpret blueprints and site plans
• guide installation of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, drainage, and other landscape elements
• assign daily tasks and monitor progress
• operate and maintain construction equipment
• coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• and train and mentor crew members.
