Plumber Technician — Multifamily Property Maintenance

The Plumber Technician role is an onsite position based in Dallas, TX. Compensation is not specified. The role handles advanced property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC troubleshooting, work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance. By coordinating with property managers and supporting resident requests, the technician helps maintain safe, functional, and well-kept residential properties.

What you'll do

• Assist property and maintenance managers with daily maintenance operations
• mentor maintenance team members in electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC repairs
• complete repairs in common areas and occupied or vacant units
• manage work orders and track unit turns in Yardi
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• maintain grounds, supplies, and clean work areas
• report hazards and incidents
• respond to after-hours emergency calls and scheduled on-call rotations
• act as Maintenance Manager in their absence when applicable.

Why this role
