What you'll do

• Schedule workflow through the box shop and export packaging area
• maintain quality and packing integrity
• supervise warehouse hourly employees
• coordinate delinquencies with the warehouse superintendent
• report and improve on-time delivery performance with AFTC departments
• provide backup for warehouse supervisors
• apply the union contract
• develop and report KPI performance goals.
