Nutrition Services Aide — Day Shift

The Nutrition Services Aide role is onsite in Coralville, IA, with a full-time schedule of 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and rotating weekends. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Maintain proper hot and cold food temperatures
• interpret recipes and follow written or verbal instructions
• break down carts and remove scraps from patient trays
• assemble and deliver late trays, supplements, nourishments, and special requests
• portion, weigh, and garnish food according to menus and diet instructions
• assemble trays to schedule
• assist patients with menus
• clean and sanitize assigned areas
• organize and manage time to complete assignments.
