The Driver Class A / Equipment Operator is an onsite role based in New Orleans, LA. This role is responsible for operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, cranes, and forklifts in the field, alongside driving Class A trucks. The driver performs both driving and non-driving duties associated with hazardous waste clean-up, requiring availability for emergency response and project work.

What you'll do

  • Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers.
  • Loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Manual labor on site to ensure fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Proper placarding of vehicles to meet Company and DOT requirements.
  • Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports.
