What you'll do

• Counsel borrowers on loan product options

• gather underwriting documents
• monitor regulatory and company processes
• build referral relationships
• pursue leads
• present loan proposals
• evaluate borrower credit and finances
• maintain knowledge of products and guidelines
• research competing products and trends.
