What you'll do

• Process applications, verify income, and complete HUD paperwork
• assist prospective and current residents, vendors, and community members
• lease apartments and explain property features and amenities
• respond to leads, answer prospect calls, and conduct property tours
• support sales and marketing strategies
• prepare lease paperwork and maintain leasing data in Yardi
• inspect units for move-ins
• assist with resident functions as needed
• audit lease files for bonus submission
• follow local, state, and federal housing requirements.
