What you'll do

• Maintain member relationships
• greet and assist members and answer questions
• conduct studio tours
• prospect and promote memberships
• post and market on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• follow up with guests and members by email, text, and phone
• maintain sales and prospecting records
• demonstrate knowledge of memberships, pricing, sauna operation, and merchandise
• clean studio areas and equipment.
