What you'll do

• Provide professional, friendly service while safeguarding hotel guests, colleagues, visitors, and premises. Respond as part of the Emergency Response Team to fire, accidents, safety concerns, and medical assistance calls
• provide First Aid and CPR as required. Investigate and report policy or legal violations, accidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations. Conduct floor patrols, cash counts, crowd control, and key-control audits
• maintain daily activity records and report hazards.
