The Shift Leader is an onsite, part-time role in Joppa, MD, with pay of $15.50–$20 per hour. The role leads store operations while on duty and supports Royal Farms' customer service, sales, food service, safety, and operational goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee shift operations as the person in charge when a more senior leader is absent
• coordinate team responsibilities
• provide customer service and coach team members
• perform point-of-sale transactions and vendor check-in
• uphold cash controls, policies, and safety procedures
• oversee food and beverage programs, product handling, quality, and cleanliness
• complete store cleaning and report maintenance issues.
