Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

The engineer establishes and maintains quality management processes that support production of satellite communication systems. The role works across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and other functions to resolve nonconformances, improve processes, and maintain applicable quality system compliance.

What you'll do

• Establish, implement, and maintain quality management system procedures and processes
• resolve nonconformances using failure analysis, root cause, corrective action, and 8D methods
• evaluate and audit suppliers and report metrics
• investigate supplier nonconformances and corrective actions
• lead process improvement projects
• develop quality objectives and metrics
• manage QMS training
• support internal and external AS9100 audits
• interface with supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering.
