What you'll do

• Receive, log, prioritize, process, store, and transport specimens
• prepare slides and perform initial culture setup
• load analyzers and perform waived testing and other assigned laboratory procedures
• maintain laboratory patient information and procedure records
• follow quality-control, data-integrity, safety, and regulatory requirements
• maintain inventory and assist with audits and inspections
• float to areas of demand as needed.
