What you'll do

• Provide onsite consulting and guidance to physicians and operating-room personnel during surgery
• maintain the installed base and basic third-party integrations
• analyze and resolve product issues
• recommend product modifications for quality improvement
• provide clinical case coverage and support for complex cases and launches based on availability
• support customer utilization and act as an escalation point
• educate and train hospital personnel
• maintain customer relationships
• collaborate on upgrades, demonstrations, and research and development projects
• attend meetings and trade shows
• maintain Salesforce documentation and annual product certification.
