Senior Program Management Analyst

Job overview

The Senior Program Management Analyst role is hybrid, with approximately 28% of work at government sites in Patuxent River, MD, and Norfolk, VA, and the remainder at the contractor site; telework requires COR approval. Compensation is $150,000–$170,000 per year. Sumaria Systems supports PMA-265 F/A-18 and EA-18G programs under PEO(T), NAVAIR. The analyst provides program, project and acquisition management support across the aircraft portfolio, including budgets, schedules, documentation, configuration and risk. The role supplies analysis and recommendations to help government leadership and Integrated Product Teams execute mission-critical acquisition efforts in accordance with DoD and SECNAV policies.

What you'll do

• Support program, project and acquisition management for PMA-265 F/A-18 and EA-18G programs
• develop budgets and monitor financial execution
• support PPBE activities and financial reporting
• maintain acquisition documentation and reporting products
• support procurement planning
• provide configuration and data management
• conduct cost, schedule, performance and trade studies
• maintain Integrated Government Schedules
• support risk management
• prepare briefings and reports
• coordinate with government stakeholders and IPTs
• support foreign disclosure reviews
• provide independent recommendations and mentorship as required.
