The Experienced Vehicle Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Truckee, CA, with a stated pay range of $21.47–$35.29 per hour. The position supports Vail Resorts’ vehicle maintenance team and its fleet of snowcats, snowmobiles, heavy equipment, trucks, buses, and small-engine equipment. What you'll do

• Train and instruct personnel in safe equipment operation
• diagnose and perform major gasoline and diesel engine repairs and overhauls
• inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and install fuel, ignition, electrical, cooling, and hydraulic components
• perform field repairs
• service and repair braking systems, air brakes, and power take-off equipment
• and promote safety policies and employee development.
