What you'll do

• Review and process loan applications
• prepare and maintain loan and collateral documents
• verify insurance requirements
• monitor loan files, covenants, and compliance
• maintain Tickler Reports
• assist with disbursements and payments
• communicate with customers and lending partners
• resolve closing obstacles
• review titles and prepare escrow instructions
• train and mentor loan administrators.
