What you'll do
- Administer Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy accounts
- review and board new filings
- prepare, file, and monitor Proofs of Claim
- review plans and court documents
- monitor trustee and post-petition payments
- track deadlines
- process discharges and other case outcomes
- maintain servicing records and supporting documentation
- respond to bankruptcy inquiries
- coordinate with internal departments
- support audits and examinations
- escalate potential compliance concerns.
