What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, guests, staff, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of exhibit areas, public spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter
• report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns
• monitor visitor activity and access points
• respond professionally to incidents and concerns
• complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
