What you'll do

• Provide culinary customer service
• work with culinary leadership to support resident dining programs
• maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and food-storage areas
• open or close the kitchen
• receive, store, and prepare food according to company standards
• estimate food and supply needs
• prepare meals using established recipes and approved menus
• document food temperatures
• keep snacks and beverages available
• assist with special events and theme meals.
