Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Wright City, OK, with pay of $12–$14 per hour. This position supports day-to-day operations at a GPM Investments convenience store. The assistant manager helps maintain store operations and customer service by supporting the Store Manager, leading team members, managing inventory and schedules, and handling cash and store upkeep. The role may serve as acting manager when the Store Manager is away.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day store operations
• run the register and assist customers
• coach team members on upselling products and promotions
• help hire, train, and lead staff
• act as manager when the Store Manager is off
• handle inventory, ordering, merchandising, cleaning, team schedules, cash handling, and deposits.
