What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance programs for commercial properties
• conduct property inspections and prepare reports and capital expenditure recommendations
• coordinate capital, maintenance, and tenant improvement projects
• serve as the day-to-day tenant contact and administer leases
• assist with rent collection
• prepare budgets, reconciliations, and financial reports
• review invoices
• solicit and assess vendor bids and supervise service providers
• ensure compliance with laws, safety standards, policies, leases, and owner directives
• participate in rotational on-call coverage and respond to after-hours emergencies.
