The Account Executive role is onsite in Hayward, CA. Compensation is $25–$29 per hour. GLS US provides parcel delivery across the Western United States, Texas, and Colorado, from first-mile pickup through final-mile delivery. The role drives revenue by developing new business and managing existing client relationships through the full sales cycle. It partners with internal teams to support onboarding, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention while meeting sales targets.

What you'll do

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation
• manage discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing
• build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
• understand client needs and position tailored services
• maintain CRM records
• meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
• forecast sales and report pipeline to leadership
• monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• represent the company in meetings, calls, and events.
