Provide physical therapy services to residents and patients. Work within an integrated care model with other clinical caregivers. Ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and return to activities they enjoy. Graduate from an accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree.
