Collision Body Technician (A-Tech)

The Collision Body Technician (A-Tech) role is onsite in the Lake of the Ozarks area of Missouri. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour based on experience, with room above that for a true A-tech. The technician supports a family-owned collision center serving its community for 30 years. The role exists to complete high-level collision repairs and help keep vehicles moving through a busy shop. Coordination with the painter and production team supports consistent repair output across insurance repairs and opportunities involving RVs and heavy-duty vehicles.

What you'll do

• Perform A-level collision repairs on everyday vehicles, with opportunities to work on RVs and heavy-duty projects
• produce consistent flag hours
• work with the painter and production team to keep vehicles moving. The posting seeks 5+ years of hands-on collision body technician experience and a record of producing 60+ flag hours per week.
