The role leads a family-owned restaurant business with more than $10 million in annual sales and multiple dining and event operations. Working directly with ownership, the senior leader is accountable for business performance across operations, sales, profitability, marketing, private events, culinary execution, guest experience, and people development. The role is intended to drive growth and operational consistency, with a potential future Operating Partner or COO trajectory.

What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end performance and daily operations
• lead results across sales, profitability, people, operations, and growth
• develop strategies to increase sales, guest counts, revenue, and profitability
• own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and key metrics
• improve labor, food and beverage costs, purchasing, inventory, and expenses
• review performance with ownership
• lead and develop general managers and culinary leaders
• set goals and expectations
• recruit and retain management talent
• drive service and food-quality standards
• oversee marketing and private events
• partner with culinary leadership
• improve training, systems, and processes
• analyze sales, guest feedback, financial results, and operational data.
