Residential Security Agent — Night Shift

The Residential Security Agent role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, working 12-hour night shifts from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on a 4/3 and 3/4 schedule, with schedules established in advance. What you'll do

• Support threat management and emergency response
• monitor cameras, access control technology, and other security tools
• monitor assigned facility functions
• address unknown visitors, calls, and other contacts
• communicate client needs and risks
• provide customer service to clients, guests, and staff
• complete required plans, surveys, and reports
• follow policies and procedures.
