What you'll do

• Provide direct, person-centered care
• assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding
• support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• monitor and report condition changes to the Charge Nurse
• maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• perform other duties as assigned.
