What you'll do

• Advise clients on jewelry selection, diamond education, jewelry care, and company policies
• prepare personalized consultations and follow up to close sales
• manage appointments and lead pipelines
• collaborate on clienteling, custom design projects, product launches, in-store events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting.
