What you'll do

• Manage daily on-site operations of commercial retail construction projects.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Ensure high-end finishes are installed per specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain an OSHA-compliant job site.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and owners to resolve site issues.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site photos, and project documentation.
• Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch list completion.
