What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of about 50 students

• design and deliver school-wide prevention, wellness, and engagement initiatives
• participate in school-based teams
• connect students and families with community resources
• maintain case notes and student data
• collaborate with school leaders and represent the organization at meetings and events.
