Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Generate and distribute invoices
• apply payments
• monitor aging and follow up on past-due accounts
• investigate payment discrepancies, deductions, short pays, and disputed invoices
• prepare statements
• communicate with customers
• reconcile accounts and cash receipts
• support month-end close and audits
• track deductions and recovery efforts
• ensure approved surcharges and fees are invoiced and collected.
