What you'll do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• analyze quality of earnings, assets, working capital, indebtedness, cash flow, and transaction metrics
• review analyses, workpapers, reports, and presentations
• coordinate clients, internal teams, and third-party advisors
• manage concurrent engagements, budgets, quality, and timelines
• mentor consultants
• contribute to proposals, recruiting, client relationships, and business development.
