What you'll do

• Assist the executive housekeeper and general manager with housekeeping operations and scheduling
• supervise, train, and inspect room attendants, laundry attendants, and floor housepersons
• assist with cleaning as needed
• maintain guest-room cleanliness and appearance
• inspect rooms for hazards and equipment issues
• maintain supplies, linens, storage rooms, and carts
• respond to guest requests and complaints.
