What you'll do

• Elicit and manage business, functional, technical, and operational requirements
• create process flows, journey maps, use cases, and user stories
• maintain traceability and acceptance criteria
• coordinate requirements across Contact Center, Fraud, Digital, and Enterprise Technology
• review Genesys reports
• design and execute test strategies and plans for functional, integration, regression, UAT, and production validation
• validate AI behavior, workflows, APIs, and customer outcomes
• document defects
• support test automation, integration, architecture reviews, production readiness, runbooks, deployment validation, and governance reviews.
