What you'll do

• Provide assigned personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
• observe skin and patient condition
• report pain, symptoms, or changes to the RN Case Manager
• assist with range of motion, transfers, positioning, and permitted medication reminders
• document care
• provide respite when appropriate
• maintain an orderly living area
• follow care and safety procedures.
