Field Services Technician Level 1

Job overview

The Field Services Technician Level 1 is an onsite role based in Wenatchee, WA. This position focuses on the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of large-scale cooling and refrigeration equipment for mission-critical data centers. The role exists to provide technical support for Silent-Aire cooling systems. The technician interfaces with customers and manufacturing teams to ensure optimal equipment performance, troubleshoot complex systems, and provide feedback for product improvement.

What you'll do

• Install and commission HVAC/refrigeration components, troubleshoot PLC-based controls, perform routine maintenance, and communicate technical issues to stakeholders.
