The Behavioral Therapist (Applied Behavior Analysis) role is onsite in Lawrence, MA, and pays $19–$25 per hour. Merrimack Autism Consultants provides individualized, home-based applied behavior analysis services to clients on the autism spectrum and works with families. The therapist provides one-to-one services using individualized techniques created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, supports caregivers in implementing behavior plans, and tracks client skills and behaviors. The role communicates progress and concerns to families and supervisors and requires completion of Registered Behavior Technician training and examination within 90 days of hire.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one in-home ABA services using BCBA-created techniques
• support parents and caregivers in implementing behavior plans
• collect data on skills and behaviors
• conduct daily discrete trials
• communicate progress and concerns to families and supervisors
• complete 40-hour RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
