Senior Electrical Superintendent

The Senior Electrical Superintendent role is an onsite position based in Mesquite, TX, with a pay range of $50-$55/hr. This role supports the George-McKenna Electric (GME) team, which specializes in design-build and turnkey installation services for commercial construction projects. The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee multiple commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Senior Superintendent directs field operations, manages superintendents and field personnel, ensures project safety, maintains quality standards, and drives projects to successful completion on schedule and within budget.

What you'll do

• Provide overall leadership for electrical field operations
• supervise and mentor superintendents, foremen, and field personnel
• collaborate with project managers to ensure schedule and budget adherence
• enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements
• perform regular field inspections
• coordinate material procurement and workforce allocation.
