Customer Support Representative

The Customer Support Representative role is onsite in Elk Grove Village, IL. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. MC Machinery Systems supports customers with product information and inquiries related to its machinery and parts. The representative handles customer requests for consumable parts and related order information. The role supports timely, courteous service by processing order details, checking inventory, and coordinating with Logistics when stock may be depleted.

What you'll do

• Assist customers by phone with consumable-parts orders
• complete invoice forms, determine charges, collect deposits, and process address changes or discontinuance orders
• inform customers about prices, shipping dates, delays, and other order details
• enter data to calculate customer totals
• check inventory and notify Logistics of potential stock depletion
• initiate purchase requisitions
• solicit sales of additional services.
