Service Porter

Job overview

The Service Porter role is onsite in Weymouth, MA, with pay of $15–$17 per hour. Ocean Honda of Hanover is part of Victory Automotive Group, which operates dealerships and provides automotive services. The porter welcomes customers arriving at the service department and helps ensure a smooth handoff to a Service Advisor. The role also moves and protects customer vehicles and helps keep shop and lot areas clean and orderly.

What you'll do

• Greet service customers and answer questions or direct them appropriately
• install disposable vehicle protective coverings and tags
• deliver keys and repair orders to Service Advisors
• retrieve vehicles for customers
• follow safety and security procedures
• attend required meetings and training
• perform other assigned duties.
