What you'll do

• Lead the Western U.S. sales organization and translate neffy brand strategy into field execution. Deliver revenue and market-share targets
• analyze performance and competitive trends
• lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers
• oversee sales meetings and training
• support field-force sizing and territory alignment. Manage sales budget and spending. Partner with Market Access, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Strategy, and HR on customer and payer strategies, brand messaging, analytics, planning, incentives, hiring, development, and compliance. Travel by car and plane up to 60%. Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience with sales leadership track record
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. Second-line leadership and allergy/immunology experience preferred.
