Compensation is not specified. The Delivery Medical Associate role is onsite in Lancaster, SC, with daily travel to homes and facilities in the designated service area. The position is full-time, with stated hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Your Health is a physician group serving South Carolina and Georgia through care in facilities, homes, clinics, and virtual visits. The associate transports durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patients’ residences, ensuring safe handling, timely delivery, and proper setup. The role also provides basic equipment instructions, coordinates routes and schedules with dispatch, and maintains delivery and equipment records to support patient service.

What you'll do

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle
• load and unload durable medical equipment and secure it for transport
• verify and document equipment condition
• install and set up equipment at facilities and residences
• check proper functioning and placement
• provide instructions on equipment use and care
• plan and optimize routes
• coordinate with dispatch
• address customer questions and concerns
• maintain delivery records, signatures, times, and equipment documentation.
