The Assistant Manager – Vehicle Care Services role is onsite at the ZIPS Car Wash location in Knoxville, TN. Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour plus bonus pay. The role supports daily car wash operations and customer service. The role exists to help site leadership run the operation, coach team members, and meet sales and service goals. It contributes by engaging customers, maintaining equipment and the site, and ensuring accurate operational paperwork.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist customers
• enroll and support customers in the Unlimited Wash Club
• load vehicles safely
• maintain customer satisfaction
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
• clean the tunnel and equipment
• maintain landscaping and vacuums
• open and close the site
• coach and train team members
• complete paperwork accurately and on time.
