What you'll do

• Greet patients and provide customer service
• handle registration, appointment scheduling and confirmation, inbound calls, insurance verification, sliding-fee enrollment, copayments and receipts
• scan documents to the EHR
• coordinate patient flow with clinical staff
• maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality
• travel to other CCHS locations for coverage as needed.
