What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment to wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment
• set up and maintain dishwashing and pot-washing areas
• clean floors and work areas
• clean and sanitize dish machines and production equipment
• follow cleaning schedules and safety and sanitation procedures
• record sanitation and temperature logs
• assist with receiving, storing, and organizing supplies
• attend required training.
