What you'll do

• Perform restaurant team member responsibilities
• support the Restaurant Manager in operational goals
• ensure brand standards for food and beverage preparation
• communicate shift priorities and results
• complete shift deployment plans
• coach and train team members
• delegate tasks
• oversee safety, security, and profitability processes
• communicate with the next Shift Leader
• maintain food safety and inventory
• handle customer complaints and emergencies
• manage cash over/short and monitor attendance and policy adherence.

Why this role
