The Equipment Operator — Aggregates role is onsite and field-based in Stony Creek, VA, with work locations assigned. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. What you'll do

• Operate excavators, backhoes, dozers, and other approved equipment to move bulk materials
• feed conveyors, hoppers, and chutes and load trucks or railcars
• maintain organized stockpiles and monitor inventory
• conduct equipment inspections and complete reports
• report mechanical deficiencies and safety concerns
• follow safety, PPE, and environmental requirements
• secure equipment and maintain equipment and site cleanliness
• coordinate material flow and priorities with supervisors, teammates, and dispatch.
