The Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician role is an onsite, full-time, center-based position in The Woodlands, TX. Pay is $15.25 per hour during training for non-certified candidates and $21–$25 per hour for Registered Behavior Technicians, based on experience and qualifications. BrightPath Behavior provides one-on-one therapy to children and supports their families. The technician implements individualized therapy plans under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision, helps children build functional skills, and records progress. The work contributes to clients’ development through consistent, individualized care and collaboration with the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans
• implement behavioral interventions and skill-building strategies under BCBA guidance
• collect client progress data and maintain session records
• communicate with team members
• adjust interventions as directed
• maintain confidentiality
• obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire if not already certified
• assist with therapy materials.
