What you'll do

• Advise clients on corporate insurance matters, including placements and claims management
• handle matters involving D&O, representations and warranties insurance, cyber liability, and other insurance products
• analyze legal and business issues
• draft and review legal documents and correspondence
• develop client relationships
• collaborate with partners, attorneys, clients, and other professionals
• mentor and supervise junior attorneys and staff as appropriate
• participate in client meetings, business development, and travel as needed.
