HR Business Manager — Youth Behavioral Health

What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, and onboard applicants
• manage payroll, employee files, benefits, and reporting
• conduct background checks and compliance tracking
• administer orientation, training, performance management, and employee relations
• support investigations and disciplinary documentation
• oversee accounting, financial reports, accounts payable and receivable, billing, budgets, vendor relationships, and operational expenditures
• support the Facility Administrator.
